The Center for EMS Training has on staff an OSHA Authorized Trainer, NFPA Certified Marine Chemist, ABIH Industrial Hygienist, and BCSP Certified Safety Professional, Mr. Thomas Beacham.

Thomas Beacham is one of the most sought after instructors in the maritime industry, having served the maritime communities needs in environmental, safety and health regulatory compliance since 1981. He has more than twenty years experience in the development and implementation of corporate policies regarding environmental, safety and health issues.

Mr. Beacham is skilled in negotiating and resolving compliance issues and is available for legal testimony and support. He also provides assistance with conducting Shipyard Environmental, Safety and Health Consultations and Compliance Training Programs worldwide.
